Konshens, born Garfield Spence, is a prominent Jamaican dancehall artist who emerged in the mid-2000s. He initially started in the duo Sojah with his brother Delus, gaining significant popularity in Japan with the hit “Pon Di Corner.” Konshens’ solo career skyrocketed with his debut single “Winner,” resonating with audiences during a global financial crisis. In 2011, he released his debut album Mental Maintenance in partnership with VPAL Music.
