Alborosie, born Alberto D'Ascola on July 4, 1977, in Marsala, Sicily, is an Italian-Jamaican reggae artist whose musical journey has made him a prominent figure in the global reggae space. Inspired by the likes of Bob Marley and the Wailers, Alborosie developed a profound love for reggae at a young age, ultimately leading him to move to Jamaica in the late 1990s.
