Retail customers of VP Records retail stores in Jamaica, NY and Miramar, FL will soon be able to interact with the company on a singular platform page. The merged Facebook page gives consumers a single point to ask questions about products, and to order products directly. The combined Facebook page will be a touchpoint for news of special events and happenings at the two locations as well as a streaming point for special programming from New York and Florida outlets.
The announcement is made simultaneous with the launch of the newly renovated VP Records Retail store at 170-19 Jamaica Avenue in Queens, New York. The outlet is seen as a pioneering force in the Reggae music industry, and as a destination for record collectors to buy vinyl releases in most genres, primarily Reggae. The New York location was established in 1979 and Miramar location in 2000.
